On the afternoon of July 30, 2025, QTSC welcomed a delegation of over 30 personnel from two Party Cells of Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO) for a working visit. The delegation aimed to learn from QTSC’s experiences in digital transformation and building corporate culture.

Leading the delegation was Mr. Nguyen Van Dang – Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Director of SAWACO. Representing QTSC, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai – Chairman of the Member Council – welcomed and engaged in discussions with the delegation.

In his remarks at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai provided an overview of QTSC’s establishment and development, the enterprises currently operating within the park, as well as the digital technology ecosystem being implemented to effectively support digital transformation. With a vision to become the Quality Tech Solution Complex – QTSC consistently promotes innovation and broadens cooperation across various sectors, particularly with public agencies and state-owned enterprises.

QTSC representatives also shared several practical models of technology application, digital transformation solutions, and their experiences in building a strong corporate culture. During the discussion session, key topics included: solutions and challenges in integrating processes following the merger of provincial-level units, success rates in implementing IT applications for digital transformation, data security solutions for protecting customer information, etc.

In addition, corporate culture emerged as another key area of interest, with discussions focusing on factors that ensure effective communication of corporate values from the parent company to its subsidiaries, as well as criteria for designing appropriate corporate culture recognition programs.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Dang expressed his appreciation for the valuable insights shared by QTSC. He noted that SAWACO is currently implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, with a vision to become a fully digital enterprise by 2030. In the context of recent organizational mergers, SAWACO hopes to continue receiving support from QTSC in enhancing labor productivity, promoting sustainable development, and achieving its strategic objectives.

To conclude the program, the delegation visited the QTSC Museum and learned about the operations of a startup based at the QTSC R&D Labs – a hub that connects the tech community, nurtures innovative ideas, and fosters the ongoing growth of the digital technology ecosystem within the park.
