Signing a cooperation agreement between the Department of Information and Communications Binh Duong province and QTSC
With the purpose to boost the digital transformation and information security activities, contributing to build a smart city in Binh Duong province in the period of 2023 - 2026, the Department of Information and Communications (DIC) of Binh Duong province and QTSC signed a cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony took place at Center of Information and Communication Technology of Binh Duong province on the afternoon of October 6th, 2023.
The cooperation agreement aims to implement the following main goals:
- Promoting the capabilities and strengths of the two sides to improve efficiency in implementing digital government, and smart city in Binh Duong province.
- Applying and developing smart services in a number of fields, based on information technology, automation and artificial intelligence, in order to improve the quality of management and professional activities, provide high quality services meeting the needs and quality of life of people in Binh Duong province.
- Enhancing the operating capacity, boosting administrative reform to serve businesses and people more effectively; contributing to improve the business and investment environment and the provincial competitiveness index (PCI).
Brief summary of cooperation in the upcoming time:
- Sharing experiences in building and operating the centralized information technology park.
- Consulting on digital data and AI solutions.
- Supporting and consulting on digital infrastructure and information security solutions, digital transformation activities, software solutions, smart applications, digital platforms, and communication and promotion activities.
The cooperation agreement between DIC of Binh Duong province and QTSC is a great effort of the province in promoting digital transformation activities, based on the potential and characteristics of each locality, as well as within the scope of assigned functions and tasks.
