On the afternoon of July 18, 2025, QTSC had the honor of welcoming a delegation from the Can Tho University Software Center (CUSC), led by Mr. Truong Xuan Viet – Deputy Director and Head of the Training Department – together with several lecturers and more than 40 students on a field trip.
During the visit, university representatives expressed their wish to share information on career trends and future job opportunities in the context of digital transformation. The aim was to help students explore real working environments, update their knowledge, and gain clearer direction for their studies.
The delegation was given an overview of QTSC’s development strategy, internal utility services, and innovative ecosystem - with “digital talent” placed at the center. As Vietnam’s first and most successful centralized IT park, QTSC not only provides high-quality infrastructure to over 120 digital technology enterprises and delivers more than 650 products, solutions, and services to both domestic and international markets, but also actively supports companies in creating open innovation spaces, establishing R&D centers, fostering young talent development programs, and organizing a wide range of community engagement activities.
With a digital talent ecosystem that includes the STEAMZone training center, seven universities/colleges/technical institutes, over 10,000 students trained annually, and partnerships with more than 30 higher education institutions across Ho Chi Minh City, QTSC has become an attractive destination - a bridge and career development hub for students. This is made possible through workforce development initiatives such as career orientation seminars and internship programs for both domestic and international students.
The students also had the opportunity to take a field trip to BTM Global, a company specializing in consulting, integration, and implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP and CRM systems on cloud platforms. At the company, they experienced a professional working environment, listened to insights on career journeys in the IT industry, asked questions, and received direct answers regarding recruitment needs and their respective majors, helping them better understand industry trends for their future.
At the end of the program, representatives from Can Tho University extended their heartfelt thanks to QTSC and the participating enterprises for creating valuable opportunities for students to gain real-world exposure and a clearer vision of their future careers. They also expressed their hope for continued opportunities to visit and collaborate with QTSC in the coming time.
