Taiwanese IT business delegation paid a working visit to QTSC

With the aim of seeking cooperation opportunities with IT enterprises operating at Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC), a Taiwanese IT business delegation visited QTSC on December 5th, within the framework of the program "Taiwan Trade Mission to Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam" from November 27th to December 7th. The delegation was led by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) in Ho Chi Minh City.

Meeting at QTSC, each Taiwanese enterprise introduced about its scope of business, typical products and solutions. Accordingly, enterprises participating in the promotion trip mainly specialize in smart city solution, smart manufacturing solution, transportation solution, IoT smart home system, multi-functional smart controller, digital signage, etc.

Regarding the trip to QTSC on November 16th, Ms. Karen Yu, Director of TAITRA was very impressed with the model of QTSC IOC (Integrated Operation Center). Thus, on this occasion, the Taiwanese IT business delegation was guided to visit the center which uses IoT technologies to manage and monitor QTSC’s ecosystem with the aim to improve service quality and support customers better.

Following the program, the delegation visited HCMC Information Security Service JSC (HISSC). The company provides professional security services, which continuously monitor and analyze system performance in order to identify and give warning of security risks, thereby recommending timely handling methods.

Visiting Agriculture and Automation Solutions Co., Ltd. (A&A Solutions) operating at QTSC R&D Labs, businesses were excited to listen to the introduction of new technologies helping determine the concentration of methanol to identify fake wine, based on NDVI helping farmers quickly identify crops on a large scale that lack water, etc.

At the end of the program, the delegation moved to visit TMA Solutions with many R&D services for Taiwanese companies, as well as collaboration opportunities in the integration of Taiwanese devices and products to TMA’s ecosystem for each industry.
