On the morning of March 4, 2022, the delegation of Binh Chanh District led by Mr. Pham Van Luy, members of the Standing Committee, Acting Chairman of the District People's Committee visited and worked at QTSC. Joining the visit were leader of departments and communes in Binh Chanh District.

Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC, and its departments’ representative. At the meeting, the delegation was introduced by QTSC's representative on the formation and development process of QTSC, as well as sharing experience in internal management activities, great results that QTSC has achieved in the past 20 years.

The delegation was especially interested in the information of QTSC's Integrated Operation Center (IOC), and raised many questions related to the operation of the center, how to build shared databases, how to set up IT infrastructure, etc. A number of other questions were discussed and shared with great enthusiasm from QTSC leaders.

In order to better understand how the IOC operates, the delegation visited QTSC IOC to view a practical demo of the monitoring modules that were integrated on the system.

Following the program, the delegation moved to visit QTSC Telecom, where the city's e-government storage system is located; QTSC Museum operates as a place of presenting historical items, photos, documents, and housing the memory of QTSC’s progress, and provides a discovery area with modern technology applications, products developed by enterprises at QTSC; STEAMZONE Training Center introduces STEAM educational models: STEAM Robotics, STEAM Vinaponics – STEAM Garden and new technologies for education (STEAM Green House, STEM & Robotics Produino, STEAM making movies, STEAM virtual reality); QTSC’s Environmental Monitoring Station - a place to manage and monitor in real time the environmental parameters related to electricity, water, and air in the park; QTSC R&D Labs.
