In the morning of December 1^st, a delegation including nearly 50 leaders and managers of Dong Thap province visited to learn about the operation model of Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).

The delegation was led by Mr. Phan Huu Phuoc, Provincial Party Member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs. Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Vu Quang, Deputy CEO of QTSC and representative of departments, centers.

The visit was one of the practical research programs, in order to help the delegation access and update knowledge about digital transformation solutions, especially e-government and smart city applications.

Opening the meeting was a brief introduction of the formation and development process of QTSC over the past 21 years, QTSC Chain’s model, the functions and tasks of data center and shared data warehouse of HCMC, as well as sharing about IT application solutions are provided by QTSC Telecom Center. Also, the delegation was introduced about the HCMC Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter), which is a science and technology center under QTSC. DXCenter - an official unit of HCMC - performing a digital transformation mission, contributes to the completion and development of the digital transformation ecosystem in Vietnam, especially in HCMC and the Southern Key Economic Zone.

After listening about QTSC's operation model, the delegation raised some questions related to investment attraction policies at QTSC, digital transformation consulting activities and the methods to transfer digital transformation products and solutions, conditions and necessary steps to become a member of QTSC Chain, benefits when participating in the chain, and so on.

Following the program, the delegation was guided to visit QTSC’s ecosystem such as:

• QTSC Museum: a place of presenting historical items, photos, documents, and housing the memory of QTSC’s progress, providing a discovery area with modern technology applications, products developed by enterprises at QTSC.
• STEAMZone training center: a place to introduce STEAM educational models such as: STEAM Robotics, STEAM Vinaponics - STEAM Garden and new technologies for education (STEAM Green House, STEM & Robotics Produino, STEAM making movies, STEAM virtual reality).
• An area of research and development for new products and solutions (QTSC R&D Labs): EduNet company specializing in smart farm models, hologram technology, camera systems with AI...; A&A company providing solutions for smart agriculture, etc.
