On September 22^nd, 2023, within the framework of the 24^th ICT Development Cooperation Conference in Binh Dinh, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) announced the Prime Minister’s Decision admitting the Information and Communication Technology Center of Binh Dinh Province (ICTBD) as a member of QTSC Chain.

Accordingly, the total number of official members of the Chain is now 4 members, including: QTSC, Information Technology Park – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-ITP), Thua Thien Hue Information Technology Center (HueCIT), and ICTBD.

Also in September 22^nd, QTSC Chain Management Council held a meeting to summarize Chain’s pilot model for the period 2021 – 2023. It aimed to review the achievements, as well as limitations of the model, thereby learning by experience and proposing development directions in the coming period.

Mr. Duong Anh Duc - Vice Chairman of HCMC People's Committee, Chairman of QTSC Chain Management Council chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting was members of the Council and representatives of units including: HCMC Department of Information and Communications (D.I.C), QTSC, HueCIT, D.I.C of Binh Dinh Province, ICTBD, Khanh Hoa Province Army Software Park, Center for monitoring and operating smart city - D.I.C of Hau Giang Province, D.I.C of Tien Giang Province, Mekong Innovation Technology Park of Tien Giang Province, HCMC Computer Association (HCA).

Discussing at the meeting, Chain’s official members briefly presented achievements, as well as difficulties during the operation process. Besides, potential members also reported on the progress of implementing the application to join the Chain.

After listening to a summary report on QTSC Chain’s pilot model and opinions of meeting attendees, Mr. Duong Anh Duc made some conclusions about upcoming activities to promote the development of QTSC Chain in general, and each member in particular.
