Trung My Tay Ward and QTSC strengthen cooperation to promote digital transformation

On June 5, 2026, QTSC welcomed a delegation from the People’s Council of Trung My Tay Ward to participate in the thematic conference on Digital Transformation Applications in Trung My Tay Ward. The program included visits to digital transformation initiatives and discussions on technology solutions supporting local management and governance activities.

Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Duyen, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Council; Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the Ward People’s Committee; along with members of the People’s Council. Representing QTSC were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members’ Council; Mr. Tran Huu Dung, CEO of QTSC; members of the Board of Directors; and representatives of the company’s departments and affiliated centers.

As part of the program, the delegation visited TMA Innovation Center and QTSC Digitech Center to explore technology-driven models, digital transformation solutions, and real-world implementation experiences that support governance and administrative operations, contributing to the development of digital government and smart cities.

During the conference, participants attended two thematic presentations delivered by QTSC representatives. The first presentation, “Digital transformation model at the commune and ward level,” introduced solutions supporting the development of digital government at the local level, including data digitization, electronic document storage, digital workspaces, smart kiosks, and operational support systems, helping improve the effectiveness of public administration and the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses.

In addition, the presentation titled “Smart Campus – Centralized management of a digital technology park” shared practical experiences from QTSC’s Smart Campus model. The presentation highlighted the application of digital data, GIS platforms, and centralized management systems in infrastructure, environmental, and green-space management, providing valuable insights for the implementation of smart city initiatives at the local level.

Following the presentations, delegates engaged in active discussions on practical needs, challenges encountered in implementing digital transformation at the local level, and potential areas for future cooperation.

A key highlight of the event was the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on digital transformation cooperation between Trung My Tay Ward and QTSC. Under the agreement, the two parties will work together to develop a digital transformation model for ward-level government, enhance management and administration systems, promote process digitization, develop a “Digital People’s Council” model, and strengthen digital and AI capabilities for local officials and elected representatives.

In addition, QTSC will support local household businesses and small enterprises in accessing digital tools; conduct surveys and transfer practical digital transformation models; and explore the application of digital technologies in environmental infrastructure management, urban greenery management, public lighting systems, and residential waste collection.

The signing of the MoU demonstrates the shared commitment of Trung My Tay Ward and QTSC to accelerating digital transformation at the local level while contributing to the realization of national priorities in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation under Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW. It also establishes an important foundation for the development of a modern digital government model, ultimately enhancing governance effectiveness and improving the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses in the ward.
