This is a proprietary benchmarking framework that we created to assess the maturity of smart city projects / initiatives. This ‘analyst voting’ constitutes 50% weightage of the entire votes. The next stages of evaluation are for the public voting and advisory council votes.”

According to Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC said that “QTSC IOC project participated in the award "Smart City Asia-Pacific" is a project designed and built by QTSC and partners.
