In the afternoon of August 23, in order to survey the expected tourist attractions according to the tourism project of District 12, a delegation led by Ms. Phan Thi Thang, Vice Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, including leaders of the city Department of Tourism, People's Committee of District 12 and travel agencies visited and worked at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).

Under the program "Ho Chi Minh City welcomes you - Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City" and “Each district has at least one typical tourism product,” the working visit aiming to build a tour named "District 12 - There are many new things,” including Quang Trung Software City.

Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC summarized briefly the process of formation and development of QTSC.

At the meeting, the delegation was introduced about the process of formation and development of QTSC over the past 20 years, along with its important milestones and great achievements by Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC. Especially detailed information of the recommended tourist destinations to experience technology at QTSC such as:

• QTSC Museum operates as a place of presenting historical items, photos, documents, housing the memory of QTSC’s progress, and provides a discovery area with modern technology applications, products developed by enterprises at QTSC.
• STEAMZone Training Center introduces STEAM educational models: STEAM Robotics, STEAM Vinaponics – STEAM Garden and new technologies for education (STEAM Green House, STEM & Robotics Produino, STEAM making movies, STEAM virtual reality).
• QTSC R&D Labs is established with the goal of creating a public space for research and development, as well as supporting enterprises for research and application, attracting many leading experts on R&D to work in QTSC.
• Smart Village is a new model of QTSC, combining village life and hi-tech agricultural production. Smart Village was tested on an area of ​​5,504m² to support IT companies in testing technological solutions in the agricultural sector.
