In order to create conditions for overseas Vietnamese to learn more about the country and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), on the morning of January 6th, 2023, the Committee on Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City organized a delegation of nearly 40 participants to visit Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).
Leading the delegation was Mr. Tran Duc Hien, Vice Chairman of the Committee on Overseas Vietnamese in HCMC. Welcoming the delegation were Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC and its department/center leaders.
At the beginning of the working session, the delegation was introduced an overview of QTSC. After more than 21 years of establishment and development, QTSC always plays a pioneering role in every activity. In 2022, QTSC continues to improve towards the goal of becoming a tech hub providing high quality technology solutions, bringing the most useful values to society.
To learn more about QTSC's operating model, the delegates raised some interesting questions about incentives and investment attraction policies in QTSC, the business field of the overseas Vietnamese enterprises operating here, the city's data center, information security services provided by QTSC Telecom Center, digital transformation activities, IT human resource needs, etc.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong also shared about the HCMC Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter), which is a science and technology center under QTSC. DXCenter - an official unit of HCMC - performing a digital transformation mission, contributes to the completion and development of the digital transformation ecosystem in Vietnam, especially in HCMC and the Southern Key Economic Zone.
Following the program, the delegation moved to visit:
- QTSC Museum: a place of presenting historical items, photos, documents, and housing the memory of QTSC’s progress, providing a discovery area with modern technology applications, products developed by enterprises at QTSC.
- An area of research and development for new products and solutions (QTSC R&D Labs) with EduNet Company specializing in smart farm models, hologram technology, camera systems with AI...
