On the afternoon of February 21, 2024, a provincial leadership delegation of Hau Giang, led by Mr. Le Thanh Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications, visited and studied the operating model of the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC).

As a member of QTSC, QTSC Telecom Center has the function of providing a wide range of IT infrastructure and information security services, as well as technology applications for local and nationwide enterprises. The challenges currently faced by security companies involves the time logged in by the guards, incidents captured, guard’s location, and so on. With a view to resolve that issue, QTSC and partners have developed the system of guard control and monitor named MiGuards, which enable better security guard tracking using GPS.
